• Hosting and database infrastructure
• Admin dashboard and reporting tools
We continually enhance and improve our services. Updates may add or remove features for performance, compliance, or user experience improvements.

2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the security of your credentials and API keys
• Complying with applicable communication and privacy laws
• Ensuring messages, recordings, or prompts created through Guroo Host comply with legal and ethical standards
• Using the system for lawful business purposes only
Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account and Payment Terms
Access to Guroo Host requires an active subscription or service agreement.
• All payments are due according to your subscription cycle.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of hosting, telephony, or related integrations.
• Prices do not include taxes or fees imposed by third parties or local jurisdictions.
• Refunds are at the sole discretion of GurooAI.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in writing. Upon cancellation, access remains available until the current billing cycle ends. No prorated refunds are issued.

4. Termination Policy
GurooAI may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if:
• Payment is overdue or disputed
• You breach these Terms or misuse the system
• Your actions cause harm, threats, or abuse toward staff or partners
• The service is required to comply with law or protect the platform integrity
Deleted or terminated accounts may have associated data removed permanently.

5. Use of Third-Party Services
Guroo Host integrates with APIs and tools provided by Twilio, Clover, Stripe, AWS, and other vendors. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. By using Guroo Host, you acknowledge and accept those external terms where applicable.
We do not control or guarantee uptime, security, or data handling by third-party providers.

Your use of Guroo Host is governed by the GurooAI Privacy Policy.
We collect and process data such as business identifiers, call logs, order IDs, and limited customer information to deliver and maintain the service.
You are responsible for obtaining customer consent where applicable for phone or SMS communications.

7. Service Availability and Updates
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Updates may occur automatically to enhance functionality or security. By continuing to use the service after updates, you accept any revised features or terms.

8. Limitations of Liability
GurooAI and its affiliates are not liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Loss of profits, goodwill, or data
• Interruptions caused by network, provider, or third-party dependencies
Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the 3 months preceding the incident.

• Breach of this Agreement
• Violation of any law or third-party right

10. Intellectual Property
All Guroo Host software, designs, and documentation remain the property of GurooAI.
You receive a non-exclusive, limited right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
